Optima Creations is proud to do what we can to support the Arizona West Point Parents Club by providing the club name badges for parents of cadets. There is no charge for the name badge itself but there may be a shipping and handling fee if you choose to have the tag mailed to you. Tags can alternatively be picked up in Queen Creek, call for directions. You can pay the shipping/handling by phone with a credit card or mail a check.

We can facilitate this transaction either by phone or by fax.

Option #3: Online - We have to rebuild the new shopping cart system to restore online ordering. For now choose Option #1 or #2
